Nova Vax 307 is produced based on the viruses currently circulating in Iran and the Middle East region and shows the highest antigenic similarity to the pathogenic viruses currently prevalent in the region, By using two different Newcastle disease genotypes, this product induces a homogeneous antibody titer against all Newcastle disease genotypes and significantly reduces the risk of vaccination failure against Newcastle disease.
Nova Vax 307 contains a minimum of 9 log2HAU of inactivated avian influenza virus type A subtype H9N2, 10 log2HAU of inactivated Newcastle disease virus genotype 7 (G7), and 10 log2 HAU of strain V4. It is capable of inducing appropriate antibody responses against avian influenza type A subtype H9N2 and Newcastle disease viruses, particularly genotype 7 (G7) and strain V4, following vaccination, and provides active immunity against avian influenza type A subtype H9N2 and Newcastle disease.
Nova Vax 307, formulated with an oil-based adjuvant as a strong antibody inducer, is stable, low-viscosity, and easy to administer.
Packaging: 500 mL bottles (2500 doses).
