Indications for Use:

For the vaccination of poultry against Avian Influenza Virus Type A, subtype H9N2.

In broiler, layer, breeder, grandparent flocks, and turkeys.

Product Description:

Nova Flu Pad 902 vaccine has been developed based on the Avian Influenza viruses currently circulating in Iran and the Middle East region, providing maximum antigenic similarity to the prevailing pathogenic field strains. This product contains a minimum of log₂ HAU 9 of inactivated (killed) Avian Influenza Virus subtype H9N2, capable of stimulating adequate antibody formation against Avian Influenza viruses after vaccination and inducing active immunity against Influenza Type A (H9N2).

The vaccine, formulated with an oil‑based adjuvant, acts as a strong inducer of antibody production and is stable, low‑viscosity, and easy to administer.

Dosage and Administration:

Chicks up to 14 days of age: Administer 0.2 mL per bird, subcutaneously in the back of the neck.

Chicks from 3 weeks of age onwards: Administer 0.3 mL per bird, subcutaneously in the back of the neck or intramuscularly in the breast muscle.

Breeder and commercial layer flocks: Two vaccinations are recommended at an interval of 4–6 weeks.

If necessary, a booster dose should be administered 6 months after the second vaccination.

Precautions before use:

The vaccination program must be completed at least 4 weeks before the onset of lay.

Before use, allow the contents of the bottle to reach room temperature and shake thoroughly.

Packaging and Storage:

Packaging: 500 mL bottles (1000 doses).

Storage: Store at 2–8°C (Protect from freezing).

Warning:

In case of accidental self‑injection, seek medical attention immediately.
